inadequate cleaning cramped room
My stay had few disappointments. The room felt somewhat cramped. The cleaning was not thorough. I found hair from a previous guest on the bathroom floor. These things affected my experience at the hotel.

I booked two twin rooms. they were adjacent, so convenient. the location was superb with a convenience store and subway station nearby. free skincare items were a nice surprise! i found the staff to be polite and helpful. They made things easy.
the carpet in my room had some stains, a bit off-putting.

friendly staff subway access many restaurants
staff was friendly. the hotel is next to a subway stop. it was convenient getting around. i could walk to many restaurants.
the room was small. there was not much space for luggage. the bed was very hard.
